Unlike a standard vinyl cutter, where the knives are dragged forward, S Class 3 cutters control and rotate their knives by a motor in the cutting head.
As you can see, the blade lifts, turns, and repositions itself during cutting, letting you cut precise corners at a quick pace.

Yes, you read that right. The real risk to your DTF film isn’t the cutting knife, it’s how the material is fed through the machine.
Traditional vinyl cutters often feed media in a way that causes it to rub against itself. While standard vinyl can handle that friction, delicate DTF film can’t. The result? Scuffs, scratches, and damaged prints before the job is even done.
That’s why our DTF model features a specially engineered roll feed system that prevents the film from touching itself during feeding. And when the cut is complete, a smart roll-up unit takes over, gently winding the film back into a roll.
