I have a question...

1. I did not receive a confirmation email after my registration. What should I do?
   Confirmations are sent automatically after your registration. Please check your spam folder too. However, if someone else registered for you (or even for multiple colleagues), our system will not be able to register the attendees correctly. Please make sure to register on your own computer, with your own email address (or try Incognito mode). If you have doubts about your registration, please send an email to training@summa.com.
   
   
2. I registered a long time ago, will the training take place?
   You will receive a reminder by email in the run-up to the training session. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us at training@summa.com. If the training cannot take place due to circumstances, you will be notified at least 2 weeks prior to the training.
   
   
3. Are travel costs and hotel accommodation included?
   No, travel costs and hotel accommodation are not included. However, we gladly recommend hotels nearby which you can book at Summa's corporate rates.
   
   
4. How do I get from the hotel to Summa?
   You can contact us to request a taxi from your hotel to Summa and back during training days.
   
   
5. What about lunch?
   During training, daily lunch is included. Please inform us if you have any dietary preferences or food allergies.
   
   
6. How do I get from the airport to the hotel / Summa?
   In general, we recommend travelling by train as the cost is favourable and you can enter the train station directly from the airport. You can buy your ticket online at www.belgiantrain.be. Another possibility is to rent a car at the airport, it will be a bit more expensive but it gives you more comfort and flexibility. We do not recommend a taxi as its cost is very high.
   
   
7. Where can I park at Summa?
   Our main parking is at Summa's HQ Offices at Rochesterlaan 6. However, part of the training takes place at the Experience Center at Rochesterlaan 4b. Please note there are only 8 parking spots available. If they are occupied, you can still park at our main building, Rochesterlaan 6. It is not allowed to park outside, along the road.
   
   
8. In which language will the training be given?
   The course and documentation are provided in English. Training classes include all applicable documentation. Everything will be provided digitally. If you require a hard copy, don’t hesitate to ask us.
   
   
9. I have to cancel my registration, how can I do that?
   Please contact us at training@summa.com - no later than 5 working days before the training - to cancel your registration.
